Mission Statement

The mission of PLAN is to assist families in planning for the future of a family member with a disability and to provide advocacy, support, and continuity of care after the principal advocate or caregiver is no longer able to so because of illness or death. Membership in PLAN of AZ includes all of the documents necessary to set up a "Special Needs" Trust and provides professional trustee services to accommodate those needs.
