I sang with the Washington Saengerbund for almost three years and was amazed at the energy and enthusiam they demonstrated in their mission of bringing German music, language and culture to the DC Metro area. The Saengerfest May 22-24 is going to be a huge and amazing event, an endeavor definitely representative of the dedication and committment this chorus has made for the future of their group. I encourage everyone to get involved in the Saengerfest, as it will be a very worthwhile festival of music and dance.
