Mission Statement

To help the dogs of Clackamas County Dog Shelter by supporting the work of the Clackamas County Dog Services with facility upgrades, new equipment and supplies and emergency veterinary care.
To achieve the goal of ensuring that all dogs in the Clackamas County Dog Shelter are spayed or neutered before being adopted from the shelter.
To provide on site veterinary care for the shelter dogs.
To provide nutritious pet food for the cats and dogs of seniors who receive home delivered meals.
To help families facing financial hardship feed their dogs and keep their dogs with their familiy.

Description

By providing much needed equipment, dog washing facility, playground/exercise yard, funding emergency vet care;and other equipment and supplies as needed.
Funding spay/neuters for dogs being adopted from the shelter. Fundraising is on-going as we work toward our goal of all dogs neutered before adoption.
Hiring a part-time veterinarian who will work on site.
AniMeals provides pet meals to over 200 cats and 100 dogs every two weeks
Dog food bank has handed out over 3000 lbs of food since it opened in Feb of 09.(two months ago)
