Beacon Hospice, Inc. provides the best end of life care in New England through an interdisciplinary team that supports patients and families. The mission is achieved by our commitment to cornerstone philosophies by: providing quality end of life care to patients regardless of their ability to pay, promoting patient and family as the center of care, promoting a supportive professional work environment, evaluating customer needs to better meet the needs of the individual, referral source and community. Increasing end of life care, supporting communication internally and externally that is timely, respectful and professional, developing and providing innovative state of art care. Providing care in a fiscally responsible manner, utilizing electronic systems to provide enhanced care capability and extending services throughout New England.
