American Hospice exists to provide symptom control and support for persons in the last phases of incurable disease so they may live as fully and as comfortable as possible.

The mission of American Hospice is to participate as an active part of the community, in providing and continuously improving services for people suffering terminal illness by delivering value driven, high quality compassionate care.

American Hospice recognizes dying as part of normal process of living and focuses on maintaining the quality of remaining life.

American Hospice affirms life and neither hastens nor postpones death.
