Mission Statement

Bayview Foundation, Inc. is a private, nonprofit 501 C 3 organization which provides human and housing services to low- and moderate-income families living in the City of Madison. The Foundation also supports an after-school and a summer programs for school-age youth.

Description

Bayview Foundation, Inc. manages 102 subsidized townhouses using Section 8 vouchers. Its tenants are racially diverse: SE Asian (Laos, Vietnam, China), Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, and Ivory Coast. The Foundation tries its best to help these newcomers to achieve the American Dream: to make a good living and own a house. We focus our attention to the children as they are the ones who will get an education (many of the parents never went to school back in their country).
