To nurture personal, social, and spiritual growth for at-risk youth in Baltimore City Schools through comprehensive mentoring programs.

Description

The focus of our mentoring program is to help Baltimore City youth develop their inner strength by intentionally nurturing their character, emotional, social, and spiritual development. Our mentoring programming starts in grade four and progresses through an elementary/middle school path to a high school path. Each path has activities and a curriculum that are designed to help the participants become good students, teammates, citizens and employees. The boys program is call Game Plan and the girls program is called Shine. We currently operate in three Baltimore City schools as well as offsite at other venues.
