1. Project/Program Description Provide our interactive corporate-level professional development seminar for youth (10 th through 12 th grade) who have been identified as highly UNlikely to complete high school. But we do not exclued ANY teen. The purpose is to prepare them for the workforce, and/or gain a recommitment to completing high school and the goal is to give them options other than falling into the statistics- committing infractions that may lead them to a life in the over-populated juvenile and prison system. College is the best option, but it is not the only option and every teenager deserves the opportunity to be made aware of other likely alternatives that lead to sustainability better yet, careers. The workshops prove to increase their confidence, and help them to make more rewarding life decisions. We are veteran owned and can relate to the downward spiral that some military kids experience based on multiple moves during their teen years.
