The mission of Small Steps is to provide an exemplary early childhood program to instill and foster the social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of economically at-risk children and their families.

Description

About Our Program:

Who? Small Steps serves low-income children, ages two through six, and their families.

What? We provide a high-quality education, social and emotional support, a nurturing Christian environment, transportation, and nutritious meals to children in poverty.

Where? Small Steps operates two preschools in the First and Fifth Wards of Houston, Texas.

How? The variety and depth of programs offered at Small Steps are made possible by an invaluable corps of volunteers.
