To assist the un-served and under served population living with HIV/AIDS through education and resources, which will enable them to become healthy and self sufficient citizens and live a quality life.

Description

Positive Health Care, Inc. (PHCI) is a not-for-profit community based organzation dedicated to developing effective responses to the multitude of issues affecting the disadvantaged population living with HIV/AIDS. We provide the following support services to aid us: Case Management, Substance Abuse Counseling, Food Pantry, Health Education, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Emergency Shelter for HIV+men.
