Bright Haven Hospice aims to provide holistic quality hospice care to terminally ill patients with emphasis to preserve dignity in their final days, while providing comfort care in their home or place of residence, supporting patients and families hospice needs.

Description

Our goal is to achieve an enhanced quality of remaining life through the collaboration of an interdisciplinary team, utilizing proper community resources, trained volunteers, and compassionate supportive care team to address the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patients and families.

Bright Haven Hospice will and continues to encourage patients and families to actively participate in care planning, creating an atmosphere of supportive leadership.

Our endeavor is focused on providing compassionate care to all hospice appropriate patients regardless of their ability to pay.
