People's Community Services of Metropolitan Detroit is a nonprofit organization established to continue a historical interest of people in providing social services to especially needy neighborhoods of the Metropolitan Detroit area so as to meet the needs of the individuals and families of the community without regards to race, sex, age or religion.

Vision Statement:

To work in the community to help people to live harmoniously and to secure better living conditions.

Two major concerns are the strengthening of family life and the development of better neighborhoods.
