Mission Statement

1. Serve the Students - the PTO seeks to provide those 'extras' like additional educational field trips, Popcorn Thursdays, Birthday Club, the Reading Incentive program and a host of other items to make Rolling Green a great place for our students! 2. Serve the Teachers - with tight budgets, there are many things our teachers do without. The PTO is committed to assisting our teachers get what they need for their classroom or to provide educational opportunities to their students. 3. Serve our Families - Studies show that there is a correlation between students success in school and parent involvement at school. The PTO aims to serve families in many ways, such as Custom School Supplies, babysitters during PTO meetings, Book Fairs, End of Year BBQ and more. 4. Effective Communication - there's always something going on at school and it's a challenge to get that information out to everyone. We will use the PTO meetings, email (if parents desire it), the PTO Bulletin board at school, as well as the Rolling Green web site to share information on school happenings. Many of the PTO goals need volunteers and fundraising efforts to make them a reality. Please take the opportunity to identify what you can do to help us achieve our goals!
