LCS Outreach Ministries Incorporated (LCS) is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in the State of West Virginia that provides affordable housing for homeless veterans in Martinsburg, West Virginia. LCS organized in June 2007 on the retirement and saving funds of Mr. and Mrs. Larry C. and Lelia C. Swanson (hence LCS). The couple continues to provide affordable housing in
Martinsburg.
