Description
Empowering Latino veterans today for a better America tomorrow
Operation 21 Lima Victor was founded because we know that our Latino veterans have the leadership qualities necessary to become productive citizens in our communities successfully at any level.
Our vision is to combine the skills and leadership qualities that transitioning Latino veterans have to offer through various initiatives. We provide opportunities to Latino veterans and empower them as they complete their transitioning goals and prepare them for a successful future.
We understand that both transitioning Latino veterans and at-risk Latino communities across the country need our support.
Through civic engagement, our veterans also have the opportunity to support the needs of local at-risk Latino communities.
