Forefront advances innovative approaches to suicide prevention through policy change, professional training, campus- and school-based interventions, media outreach, and support for persons affected by suicide.

Description

Forefront works strategically to address the public health problem of suicide. In the past four years, Forefront led passage of five laws addressing mental health issues, trained over 6,000 individuals, equipped schools and institutions of higher education with suicide prevention interventions. More than 300 TV and newspaper articles have told Forefront’s story. We are reframing the public conversation about suicide to focus on solutions.
