Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower youth by developing their talents so that they may realize their dreams through Arts, Dance and Music as well as the Core Educational Tutoring. We do this by providing programs that recognize talents and dreams., cultivating creativity and energy, fostering peer and family relationships, building character, and giving life direction

Description

Victoria 's journey started a little rocky before she entered into this world. After six siblings doctors told her mom the odds are you or the baby may not make it. Her mom said if it comes down to that save the baby and name her Victoria for she has purpose to be here. At the age of 25 Divine Purpose was born.

She started out with Divine Purpose Dance Academy for praise dance and hip hop at the Chicago park district. A year later husband, Daniel Allen and wife decided to expand and add choir, drama, piano, drums and Divine Purpose Youth Performing Arts Center (DPYPAC) was our new name.

Victoria is a mom of three daughters and a student at Ashford University where she is obtaining her degree in early childhood education.
