The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History connects people with nature and inspires stewardship of the natural world through an array of educational programs and exhibits.

Description

The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History offers an interesting and enriching experience for all ages, talents and skill levels. We welcome new volunteers year-round and offer a variety of ways to be involved and make a difference in our community:

* Docent (background check required) -

* Internship

* Garden Volunteer

* Tide Pool Feeding

* Exhibits Installation

* Special Events Help

All volunteers receive an orientation to the Museum's volunteer program. Docents receive additional trainings for the education program(s) they will teach and shadow experienced docents/staff.
