Description
Bromley East Charter School, opened in the fall of 2001, with 647 students. Bromley East is one of five tuition-free public charter schools within Brighton 27J School District. The school is a partnership of parents and professional educators working together to provide a high quality educational experience for children in grades K-8. This is accomplished with an established curriculum, small class sizes and caring professional educators serving as facilitators in the learning process. Over the past 7 years, Bromley East has grown to over 800 students, 50 teachers and an additional 35 support staff and administrators. As a charter school, Bromley has its own Board of Directors that oversees the operation and mission of the school.
