Mission Statement

The mission of the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is to provide the families of children being treated in area medical facilities with a safe, affordable and caring "home away from home."

Description

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte, which opened its doors May 2011, is conveniently located on East Morehead Street, close to both area Children's hospitals. The 35,000 square foot home provides 28 guest rooms with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, large communal spaces like living rooms and library area, a playroom and outdoor playground.

The House runs on volunteer power - all daily House tasks are completed by our army of volunteers. We hope you'll consider joining us!
