To create a supportive community providing housing and resources for positive change in the lives of persons living with HIV/AIDS and other special needs.
We offer affordable transitional and permanent housing for homeless and low income individuals living with HIV/AIDS and other special needs. Residents receive three nutritiouus meals per day to stabilize and improve health. Case manager assess client needs, offer supportive services and link clients to federal, state and local service providers. Vans are available for transportation to and from medical appointments. We provide 24-hour assistance with medication and daily living needs. Licensed counselors assist clients who are in the recovery process with substance abuse problems, helping them focus on health and on rebuilding their lives. Educational programs and activities are designed to help residents gain the skills necessary to return to work and move on to more independent living. Our follow-up coordinator provides former residents with the support they need to live successfully in independent residential settings.
