To provide access to quality diabetes education and support to those living with diabetes in underserved communities in North Carolina. So WHERE you live doesn't determine HOW you live with diabetes.

Description

We give people the tools to take care of their own diabetes through quality educators in their own hometown, peer support, and easy to understand learning techniques. We believe that most people WANT to take care of their health but diabetes care is complicated and many people lack the tools to do so.
