There is a systemic lack of equity that exists for students and families from low-income neighborhoods like Lincoln Heights. There is no simple fix, as numerous forces have created this reality. ITC, along with its community, is committed to playing an active role, no matter how small or large, in pursuing solutions that will empower, inspire, and transform.

Currently, ITC fulfills its mission through three strategic priorities:
-academic enrichment and support
-parent training and advocacy
-life skills and job training.
