We promise to put the needs of you and your family first. We recognize that your dignity and respect are invaluable and will be protected at all costs. Our patients will be contacted daily to ensure needs are met. Our qualified staff will provide outstanding care and will bestow specialized care to fit your needs. Serenity Palliative Care and Hospice is a leader in Complimentary medicine. We will strive to offer these practices every chance we have. Serenity recognizes that hospice care affects not only the patient but the family as a whole. We commit ourselves to better the lives of all involved.
Serenity Palliative Care and Hospice was nothing but a dream prior to 2005. We envisioned a hospice that is dedicated to patients and staff; something lacking in today's large managed care organizations. Being Field Nurses and Social Workers, we feel we can provide care that exceeds that of the larger companies because we do not have the financial responsibilities to a Board of Directors or investors. Patients with end-stage dementia such as Alzheimer's and other diseases that do not follow a well defined path benefit from Serenity's level of care. With nearly 20 years of combined military service we feel it is our duty, and our honor, to provide personalized care for our Veterans.
Serenity is committed to the education of the benefits and true definition of hospice. A dismal picture of hospice is typically perceived when contemplating this type of care. We would like to enhance the positive and rewarding aspects that allow the patient and family to fully embrace this situation and feel empowered in their decisions.
Incorporating our years of personal experience from Cardiac Disease to Cancer and every place in between, the "Serenity Difference" improves the way hospice care is given and received.
Serenity Palliative Care and Hospice is based in Tigard and currently services Clackamas, Columbia, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington and Yamhill counties which includes the Greater Portland and Salem areas.
