Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote environmental literacy and empower youth to become environmental leaders.

Description

SEEC provides unique opportunities for young people to get involved in environmentalism, including service projects that engage unprivileged youth in STEM, a week-long summer camp for local children, an annual conference held for young adults to explore different areas in environmental science, and much more. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the Triangle region of North Carolina.
