Mission Statement

The mission of Children First/CIS is to improve the lives of children, youth and their families through community collaboration, advocacy and programs.

More than just an assistance program, the Family Resource Center at Emma is a center of community life. Whether one visits the food pantry, the medical clinic, the homework club, or the community garden, they receive support to meet their individual needs and connect with the wider community.
