The Mission of the VNA Southern Worcester County and Central Mass Hospice is to foster a deep understanding of the fulfillment of life's journey by integrating compassion and excellence of care. We recognize the end of life as a meaningful transition of the human experience and we pride ourselves on celebrating life with every breath.
The VNA of Southern Worcester County has a 100-year history of caring for the elderly and anyone in need of home care services. Today, our agency cares for people in all walks of life. We serve children with acute medical needs and people who have been injured, disabled or recently discharged from the hospital. From the youngest patient to the oldest, our VNA offers a full array of nursing, therapy, health aides/homemakers, supplies and equipment to people who wish to recover and remain in the security of their homes.
We Provide Responsible & Compassionate Care
Our agency delivers quality care through high touch customer service. We have a history of long-term, year-over-year relationships with patients and their families because caregivers are trained to listen compassionately to help solve problems. We work in small, cohesive groups of caregivers and case managers to keep families constantly informed about the patient’s ongoing progress and to help manage any changes that occur. Everyone on our team is encouraged to go the extra mile to keep our clients comfortable and safe. We are dedicated to dealing with challenging situations, whether it’s taking care of people in remote living conditions or patients who lack family support.we Believe in ChoiceNo matter the insurer, no matter the physician, you have a legal right to choose your home health care agency. Our patients who choose quality in-home care achieve healthier outcomes.
