Mission Statement

Platform Art, Inc is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization committed to cultivating an understanding and appreciation of art in its many forms through production of multiple art events yearly.

Description

Platform Art events showcase new and exciting talent in the fields of the visual arts, film, fashion, music and performance, while providing a supportive and stimulating social atmosphere.

Through Platform Art events a new and broader audience is exposed to art's many genres, building a wider audience for all art organizations within the community.

Platform Art is committed to education and awards a scholarship each year to a graduating high school senior from Polk County whoi s interested in pursuing art studies at an accredited college or technical school.

I haven't volunteered with this organization, but I out of curiosity, would anybody recommend that too me? I love doing art and if there are online opportunities I think it could be a good way for me to help. also I do need to know if they give service hours for participation, would be splendid to get a reply,
