FAI UK - Italian Heritage Trust a newly established charity (Registered Charity Number 1155041) which endeavours to spread awareness and foster appreciation of Italy’s considerable national heritage and to contribute to FAI’s work through special events, conferences, trips and concerts for lovers of Italy living in the United Kingdom. FAI - Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano, Italy’s 'National Trust’, is a major Italian charity established in 1975 to preserve and maintain, for the benefit of the public, the finest examples of Italy’s national heritage. It works by acquiring and restoring properties and land of outstanding historic, cultural and aesthetic significance and by preserving them for future generations while allowing public access to all.
