The Mission of the Art Central Foundation is to transform downtown into the HeART of a vibrant arts community that will attract artists, crafts persons, patrons and visitors. Providing art-based activities & events, offering educational opportunities & youth mentoring, and supporting partnerships among arts organizations, the ACF is nurturing an environment in which artists can create, market, network & thrive.
