Description

We have been successful in the past 23 years in meeting the needs of the Alzheimer's individual and their families. One of the contributing factors to our success is that the program was specifically designed for those with Alzheimer's disease. Our program consists of 100% dementia participants. The goals of our program are to maximize and maintain the client's physical, social, intellectual and emotional functioning. The program assists in preventing inappropriate, and premature institutionalization, the program also provides relief and support to the family unit and support to the family unit and other care providers.
