Description

Life Renewing Center offers weekly free classes on wellness and wisdom, natural healing arts for quick stress reduction and common health complaints.We teach Qigong, TaiChi and Meditations, and share the knowledge of food remedies from Chinese home cooking. We provide education and service to anyone who is seeking natural health, sound mind and harmonious life. We are working on making the earth a more loving and compassionate place to live one family and one community at a time.
