Rebuilding Together Orange County facilitates partnerships within the community to rebuild owner-occupied homes, shelters and non-profit facilities for low-income residents so they may live independently, with dignity, in warmth and safety.

Rebuilding Together Orange County is the nation's largest volunteer home repair organization.
Rebuilding Together Orange County (RTOC) is currently celebrating its 20th year of service in the community! RTOC continues to dramatically change neighborhoods and lives by helping deserving homeowners live independently in warmth, comfort and safety. RTOC provides home repair and modification services to low-income homeowner-residents throughout Orange County. **Services are provided at no charge to recipients.
