REENTRY RESOURCES FOR CHANGE

Description

Reentry Resources for Change is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that is volunteer driven and packed with information and resources to improve reentry post incarceration. Through volunteers from the community, we assist in breaking down barriers to reentry and provide empowerment through knowledge and education. We reach out in the community and meet with justice involved individuals in need of resources and information to develop a workable transition plan which involves developing caring and positive relationships, learning new skills, and having the desire to keep from returning to an institutionalized life. We help them get there with information on no-cost, effective programs to assist in every area of their life; family, finance, job skills, healthcare and more.
