Mission Statement

The mission of the Partnership for Domestic Abuse Services is to create a comprehensive, centrally located Domestic Abuse Service Center in the City of St. Paul; where victims, including children, will have access to protection, culturally relevant services and support from the criminal and civil justice system, advocacy, legal aid and social services providers; and through which victims will experience respect, safety, and security, and perpetrators will be held accountable for their actions to the highest degree possible; and will link and leverage the myriad of services available for adult and child victims of domestic violence, increase provider capacity, and close existing gaps in service.
