Bounty & Soul is a community-based non-profit with a mission connecting, sharing, and celebrating nutritious food, education, and community! Each week we incorporate a healthy Cooking Demo as part of the market experience, spotlighting specific produce items we have an abundance of and providing inspiration for what folks can create with the bounty. We're seeking as-needed support on the front end with Recipe Prep + Creation at the Bounty & Soul office as well as Leading Cooking Demos + Sharing Samples at our weekly healthy food markets.

As we continue to share our produce and programming with native Spanish-speakers we are seeking bilingual volunteers who are passionate about connecting with this beloved community by regularly supporting open-air markets Wednesdays 3-5pm and making home deliveries to a handful of households Thursdays 2-4pm. Opportunities will include relationship-building, outreach and delivering pre-packed, culturally-relevant food boxes and other resources directly to homes.

Enjoy preparing fun educational games and nutrition activities with children? We invite you to be a part of this small, sweet, and intentional shift that directly supports our Bounty & Soul Kids. We are looking to have 1-2 folks join us for weekly markets in the former BI-LO parking lot in Black Mountain. We're talking smoothies, meditation pin wheels, produce fortune tellers, mini-cook books, exercise games and more!

Bounty & Soul is a community-based non-profit with a mission to connect people to food, education and each other. Are you looking for a safe way to connect community members with nourishing food and resources? If so, consider joining our rotation of Benevolent Box volunteers who deliver our free, farm-fresh CSA-style boxes to homebound individuals who are unable to attend weekly markets. Shifts take place every other week on Tuesdays at 10am and Fridays at 3pm with flexibility and would involve home delivery to up to 6 households throughout Black Mountain, Swannanoa and Asheville. Occurs: Weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays Requirements : Must agree to adhere to all safety measures implemented at the site A positive attitude Valid Drivers License
