Mission Statement

Lutheran Haven, a ministry of the SELC District of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, proclaims and demonstrates the love of God in Jesus Christ to older Lutheran adults by providing residential environments where members of this community may live with hope and confidence until the day that God calls them to Himself forever.

Description

Lutheran Haven has served the needs of the elderly and of children since its doors opened on May 30, 1948. Founded to provide a home for retired pastors with limited incomes and for needy, dependent children, Lutheran Haven's ministry has become a vibrant community -- providing three levels of care for the elderly residents and a Christian Early Childhood Center for the children of the area.
