I-LEAD is a community-based nonprofit school that works to improve local quality of life by helping to strengthen citizens as effective community leaders.

Description

We offer leadership development training, an Associate's Degree in Leadership Studies delivered in communities, and engage in health related workforce development activities. We work in southeastern PA, primarily in Philadelphia and the surrounding region, and the central PA cities of Reading, York, and Allentown.

The future is not a result of choices among alternative paths offered by the present, but a place that is created--created first in the mind and will; created next in activity...The paths to it are not found, but made; and the activity of making them changes the maker and the destination.
