Mission Statement

The NJ Work Environment Council (WEC) fights for safe, secure jobs and a healthy, sustainable environment. To achieve these goals, WEC has created a uniqe alliance of environmental, and community organizations, unions, and working people. WEC provides technical assistance and training and helps lead grassroots organizing and political action campaigns.

Description

WEC builds partnerships between labor and environmental organizations through educational programs, policy initiatives, advocacy, and other collaborative projects.
