Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower returning citizens and their families with the tools to become gainfully employed and self-sufficient, ultimately functioning in a healthy and safe lifestyle. Education and prevention for at risk youth and families who live in designated high-risk environments and situations.

Description

XO Factor, Inc. was founded in June of 2006, and reorganized in 2015 to provide services to citizens that were returning home from incarceration. XO Factor is a Nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity and is not funded by any county, state or federal funding. We are soley supported by the kindness of private donors, the community and it's efforts to assist ex-offenders retuning home to find and maintain suitable employment and refer clients to agencies for other much needed resources.
