Mission Statement

New Pathways assists youth with their transition towards self-sufficiency and independent adulthood. The mission of Mentors for Independence is to help foster care youth successfully transition to independent living and divert them from a cycle of dependency by providing on-on-one mentoring.

Description

Comprehensive services include housing, case management, life-skills training, mentoring, educational support and vocational preparation, as well as linkages to counseling, healthcare, and other community resources.
