The mission of BioEYES, a K-12 science outreach program of the Carnegie Institution for Science, is to foster enthusiasm for science by offering students opportunities to explore life science through real world applications using a hands-on approach to learning.

Carnegie scientists are leaders in the plant and developmental biology, earth and planetary sciences, astronomy, and global ecology fields.BioEYES (www.bioeyes.org), a program of the Carnegie Institution, is a K-12 science outreach and teacher training program that uses live fish to get kids excited about science.
