To serve adults with cognitive and physical disabilities by providing a social program to enhance quality of life for the individual and their family.

Description

Community Adult Day Center is a nonprofit organization that offers families a quality, affordable alternative or complementary support to in-home care or assisted living.

Since 1986, CADC has provided a positive community setting for senior adults--those who cannot safely be left alone-quality care with a focus on their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The center is a contracted State of Illinois Department of Aging facility. The staff includes a full-time Executive Director, Registered Nurse, Program Coordinator, Activity Assistants, and dedicated volunteers.
