Description

Hands Across Cultures believes in: Culture as the foundation of human growth; spirituality as the strength of the people; each person's need to love and be loved; family preservation; individual responsibility; and the pursuit of human potential. Hands Across Cultures Programs and Services: Health: La Vision Del Valle; ACF-CEY Movimiento Para La Vision; and Promotoras de Salud Contact. Prevention: Educating the Youth; Project Success; Para Los Ninos After School Program; and La Vision del Valle Coalition. Other: Cultural Awareness; Gang Prevention; and Parenting and Team Building Trainings. HACC erected a TEEN CENTER in 2003 to host positive community events for youth.
