Raise awareness of Human Rights issues. Be a hub of information for the community. Be a strong unified voice to represent the Vietnamese community against social injustice or unfairness.

Description

The Vietnamese American Community of Austin, TX (VACAT) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in August, 1997. VACAT is a 100% volunteer-based organization that serves a large Vietnamese American community in the Austin metropolitan area.
