Mission Statement

The mission of the COM Foundation is to support and encourage educational excellence through the College of the Mainland. The COM Foundation seeks to heighten community awareness of the mission and accomplishments of the college and to facilitate the creation of a student-centered learning community dedicated to excellence in education.

Description

The Foundation accomplishes its mission by obtaining donations, gifts, grants and other contributions that are used for scholarships and special projects. The Foundation primarily serves the citizens residing in the public school districts of Hitchcock, Santa Fe, Dickinson, La Marque, Clear Creek and Texas City in Galveston County.
