Mission Statement

The mission of the Madison-Mayodan Recreation Commission is to provide a broad spectrum of leisure programs and services to all ages and abilities.

Description

The Madison Mayodan is a merged municipal recreation department for the two towns of Madison and Mayodan. We serve the two towns, as well as the surrounding communities in western Rockingham County. Our facilities include a recreation center building, various parks, and river access sites. We have a variety of programs, activities and special events throughout the year. We partner with numerous other local agencies of all kinds.
