The Organizational Mission

C hallenging T heir D estiny, Dream
Builders mission is to stop the
violence and incarceration of youth by
providing programs and services that will
encourage personal growth, family unity,
community and cultural awareness.

Our focus is promoting community
safety, literacy, and the advancement of
education, relief from poverty, health
awareness, all forms of artistic expression
and community service.

The youth will begin to lay the foundation
of realizing their dreams from the inside
out, instilling a life long desire to achieve
what they think is the impossible and
participate in society as an educated
productive member of the community.

Description

CTD Dream Builders Vision

Is to rebuild communities nation wide, by taking
the youth by the hand and introducing them
to the world beyond their world. Providing
opportunities for dream realization,
partnering with and utilizing community
resources to provide them with
employment, intern and educational
advancement opportunities, independent
business ownership opportunities and
travel experiences.

The youth will have opportunities to
make a difference in their community
and in their own lives, while uniting
families and communities through
the programs CTD Dream Builders
offers. The youth will begin passing
on the knowledge they have gained
to future generations, showing by
their actions that all dreams are
possible, as they are filled with hope
for a safer and better tomorrow
