Don't bother. The vision from 1942 is GONE. The so-called Executive Director is extremely confrontational, biased, chip on the shoulder individual. That is more than obvious by the staff turnover rate which is ridiculous. Then again, who could work for slightly above mininum wage under the electric eye, in your face ED. The ED is abrasive, confrontational, makes up the rules as IT deems fit, and has the sorriest managerial style I have ever witnessed, and I worked in the construction industry for 30 years. There is no reason on earth to be called "chil'" by ANYONE. She is demeaning and self absorbed , and should not be tolerated by any resident. Beware before thinking of this place. BEDBUGS, ROACHES AND RATS in the house. Receptacles that literally "pop." Scary stuff. The scariest thing is that residents are too afraid to speak up. This place lost its vision and has more rules and made as you go rules than most medium-type prisons. The self-proclaimed ED is inept & cruel. Neg *s.
