Our Mission: To help kids succeed in life through mentoring and intense physical fitness and sports. Our Programs: Help kids master goal setting skills, build grit and forge character
Friend Fitness (a YMP program) is a youth mentoring program designed to help all kids (grades 6-12) develop Grit, set S.M.A.R.T Goals, and practice an attitude of Gratitude. Through intense weekly workouts, kids discover what it takes to achieve their goals not just in the gym but in their academic, personal and social lives. Mentoring occurs both one-on-one and in groups.
